- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm really impressed by Dr. Austria and everyone else I've been in contact with at Brilliant Smiles. My situation...I had an abcessed tooth that needed to be addressed quickly. I called early one morning and they were able to get me in on the same day for an initial consultation. Dr. Austria spent a lot of time with me. He answered every question and addressed every concern. He told me the pros and cons of trying a second root canal vs tooth extraction, and then once I came to a decision he developed a plan to extract the tooth and allow the bone to heal so that we can put in an implant. The extraction went well and Dr. Austria and staff did everything they could to ensure the process was as painless as possible. From my onversations with Dr. Austria, I believe that he makes it a priority to stay informed on the latest research, developments, and techniques in dentistry which is why I chose him to do the dental work that I need done. So far, my dealings with the office staff has proven that they are competiant and friendly and also willing to spend the time answering any of my insurance and finance questions.
