- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One of the worst medical facilities I've ever been to. I went in for a quick sinus infection before a long vacation to get medication. I made sure to ask that my insurance would cover this with a small copay. I was told my insurance would cover it with a $10 copay. I received a bill for $360 in the mail. I argued that my insurance covered urgent care visits. They said that it was labeled as a hospital visit since it's connected to Kettering Hospital. This went through three rounds of review and my insurance told me that they labeled it as a hospital visit. All very odd since it's called an "Urgent Care." It would have been cheaper for me to go to the ER at $150. Do not go to this place for urgent care. They are either painfully unaware at how to file their clients visits or they are incredibly misleading. This place is terrible.July 04, 2017by Nathan Hippenmeyer
